Cancellation & Refund Policy
To reserve certain appointments we take a deposit, which is applied
to the price of your service.
Reschedule or cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment —
your deposit is fully refundable, or we move it to your new time at no charge.
Within 24 hours, or a no‑show — the deposit is non‑refundable, as it
holds a time slot we can no longer fill.
Approved refunds go back to the original card and typically appear within
5–10 business days.
Completed services are not refundable, but your satisfaction matters: if something
isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll correct or redo the work.

Terms of Service
Booking an appointment (online, by phone, or in person) constitutes agreement to these terms.
Payments. Deposits and balances are charged to a credit or debit card,
or paid by cash or Zelle. A credit‑card surcharge (up to 3%) may be added
and is disclosed before you pay; there is no surcharge on debit cards, cash, or Zelle.
Late arrival. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service
or require rescheduling to protect other clients' appointments.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for health, safety, or conduct reasons.
Prices and services may change; the price shown at booking or checkout applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Privacy Policy
We collect only what we need to serve you: your name, phone number, optional email,
appointment history, and notes about your service preferences.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full
card numbers on our systems; saved cards are held securely by Stripe (PCI‑compliant) for
deposits and checkout you authorize.
Text messages. With your consent we send appointment confirmations and
reminders. Message & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any
time or HELP for help.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (e.g. our booking,
payment, and messaging providers) and as required by law.
